Dr. Cynthia Skyers-Gordon
Founder & Wellness Strategist, SILWELL-C

With more than three decades of experience in education, leadership, and wellness advocacy, Dr. Cynthia Skyers-Gordon founded SILWELL-C: Staff-Inspired Leadership for Wellness & Calm to reimagine how staff well-being is prioritized and supported within organizations.

She believes meaningful workplace wellness begins with the people who experience the work every day. When staff are given a voice in shaping wellness and leaders create the conditions for their ideas to grow, organizations can build cultures where people feel valued, connected, and supported.

About the Founder

Drawing on her extensive career in early childhood education and her commitment to workplace well-being, Dr. Skyers-Gordon developed the SILWELL-C Orchid Model, a staff-inspired, leader-supported framework she uses to guide organizations in building individualized wellness programs that reflect their own people, needs, strengths, and workplace culture.
